While at Vertex, he led corporate innovation and organizational development initiatives for offices in Chicago, Florida, Brazil, London, and the Netherlands. He also contributed to the development and implementation of a healthcare pathway tailored for +9 Million veterans, in collaboration with government departments and agencies.
In 2023, Joshua spearheaded sales in the northeast region for Trek Corporation (The World’s Greatest Bike Store) , generating a $1,000,000 in revenue amidst the "Bike Crisis” with a $3.5 million budget.
During his time at Penn Medicine, he led the organizational and communication strategy aimed to pinpoint risks, rewards, and engagement strategies for the launch of a $100,000,000 facility and the relocation of over 600 healthcare workers. Additionally, he supported the communication planning and implementation for a $1.7 million fundraising campaign, with a 89 percent engagement rate across a workforce of 40,000 members.
Joshua received a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication with concentrations in organizational communication and interpersonal development from Morgan State University. He completed his Executive Certificate in Design-Thinking from Harvard University and his financial coursework at Georgetown University. His International Federation of Coaching (ICF Certified) hours were conducted and completed through the Coaching Supervision Academy and the International Center for Reflective Practice. He is currently completing a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics at The University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Organizational Consulting and Executive Coaching.
