An experiential problem-solving process that includes a blend of real-world experience and theory, the right mix of boardroom and grassroots stakeholders, along with a pressure container for time boundaries.  We help clients achieve bold and meaningful change by challenging participants to create strategies and solutions that build innovative capabilities within an organization. Our design lab fosters a space where teams can solve their organizations most pressing issues. Our team of adaptive and reflective practitioners integrate methodologies from group dynamics, executive coaching and design thinking to intentionally craft moments that allow for organizational communities to pause, think, create, and connect.
